Voucher comes with an opalescent envelope for gifting and a set of instructions on how to book in.

Please make sure to bring your voucher to your session. You will be given a specific voucher ID number - Please make sure to bring this with you, without this you will not be able to redeem the voucher.
Please also quote this Voucher ID number when booking your appointment. You can do this by filling out the enquiry form on my booking page.

All orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail. Once an item has been shipped I cannot be liable for delays or tracking.

Postage days for larger items are Mondays and Thursdays

Please Keep in mind last postage dates for Christmas this year:
The last date I will be able to post parcels is the 19th December
The last date I will be able to post anything else is the 20th December
There are also planned Royal Mail strikes on the following days throughout December:
1st, 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th December
Please keep in mind that this may well extend the time that it takes your order to arrive, once I have posted an item with Royal Mail, I no longer have control over it’s delivery or the time it takes to be delivered.
